What is the Mobile Work Crew?
Created in 2002, the Mobile Work Crew is a non-profit enterprise operated under the stewardship of Nechako Valley Community Services. The MWC provides gainful employment to an eager and enthusiastic team of developmentally challenged individuals (Nechako Valley Community Services clients). We are willing and able to provide you with affordable, quality work including odd jobs, firewood delivery, yard work, home care, snow removal and more.

The MWC will arrive equipped with lawn mowers (both push and a ride on), rakes, shovels, etc. If you have a job that requires the rental of specialized equipment, the MWC will be happy to rent the equipment at an additional charge.
Rates includes client(s) and a supervising support worker.
(an additional $20 will be charged for travel over 20Km from Vanderhoof)
- $30.00 for the 1st hour of work
- $15.00 for each client per additional hour
The Mobile Work Crew provides delivery of custom cut firewood with the option of having it split and/or stacked.
