Thank you Vanderhoof businesses!

Vanderhoof has opened its doors to hiring people with disabilities, and the outcomes are astounding. It is more than receiving a paycheque; it is about being part of a team. It is about wearing a nametag or dressing like the other employees and it is about inclusion, and Vanderhoof businesses are showcasing what this looks like. It isn’t about standing out, it is about being part of something and contributing to the community by working and investing into it. Thank you Vanderhoof businesses! Pictured here is Gordon doing grounds keeping at Westline Ford- he is into his second season of dedicated work, customized employment, and being part of a wonderful team.
